KiniEvents Presents Youths and Politicians About The Essential of Implementing a Youth Contract in Malaysia To Combat Youth Unemployment
In Malaysia, rising youth unemployment has sparked discussions about a 'Youth Contract,' a set of policies to address this challenge. This concept has gained attention indicating that many believe it could be a promising approach to tackle youth unemployment in Malaysia. However, whether or not to implement such a program is a complex decision that requires careful consideration, as it involves various economic, social, and policy factors. The debate will provide a platform for young people to voice their opinions on this important issue and engage in meaningful dialogue with policymakers. It is an opportunity for youth debaters to showcase their skills and knowledge on critical issues affecting their lives.
This 4th session of GenZ @ Podium will focus on the necessity of Malaysia's adoption of a Youth Contract to address the issue of youth unemployment. This event is exclusively designed for individuals in the age range of 18 to 25, with its primary goal being to create a platform where well-informed discussions can take place and where the voices of the next generation are empowered.
This programme will be organise within metaverse platform, "GenZ @ the Podium”, 20 youths will be featured across Malaysia as well YB Danial Gooi Zi Sen, EXCO Belia, Sukan dan Kesihatan Negeri Pulau Pinang and YB Najwan Halimi, EXCO Belia, Sukan dan Keusahawanan Negeri Selangor. Together they will thoroughly examine the concept of a Youth Contract in the context of Malaysia's youth unemployment problem and provide valuable insights to informed discussions on how to address this pressing issue.
The debate event will commence with the youth presenting their statements, followed by the politicians opinions on whether Malaysia should implement the youth contract and its impact on youth employment rates while exploring the potential benefits and challenges associated with such a policy.

The use of a 3D environment through Spatial platform main idea is to provide an innovative and engaging experience for the participants and audience. The event will be live-streamed on various social media platforms, allowing a wider audience to join the discussion.
