AIA celebrates 10 years of AIA Vitality by bringing Malaysians together through music
What does living well really look like?
It can mean making healthier choices, finding time to move, and taking better care of ourselves. But it can also mean discovering something new and coming together for moments that make us feel connected.
That sense of togetherness was at the heart of the AIA Generasi Malaysia 2026 concert at Unifi Arena Bukit Jalil.
The event marked the 10th anniversary of AIA Vitality, bringing Malaysians of different backgrounds and generations together through music.

AIA Malaysia Chief Executive Officer Heng Zee Wang said the insurer is committed to empowering Malaysians to take a more active role in their health and well-being, supporting them not only when they need care, but in making healthier choices every day.
“We want to support more Malaysians to stay healthy, build better habits and take charge of their well-being. This is why we provide AIA Vitality, our health and wellness programme for our customers,” he said in his opening speech.
Over the past decade, AIA Vitality has supported more than 400,000 Malaysians on their health journeys by recognising and rewarding the small, positive choices they make each day.
“Through AIA Vitality, we celebrate and reward the small actions that lead to better health, whether it’s taking a few extra steps, making healthier food choices, getting better sleep or simply being more active every day,” he explained.

The concert brought together a distinctly Malaysian mix of artistes, spanning generations and musical styles. The line-up featured Michael Wong (光良), Ernie Zakri, 3P, MimiFly and K-Town Clan, taking audiences through a mix of pop, ballads and hip-hop.
The variety was intentional.

With different generations in the audience and different musical influences on stage, the concert reflected the diversity of Malaysian experiences, while giving everyone a common space to celebrate together.

The evening opened with MimiFly, before performances from the other artistes kept the crowd engaged throughout the night.
The concert eventually came to a close with all the performers joining one another on stage for a rendition of “Setia”, providing a fitting finale to an evening that celebrated togetherness and the spirit of unity that defines Malaysia.

Throughout the arena, audiences were given illuminated AIA Vitality 10th Anniversary signs carrying the words “Healthier, Longer, Better Lives”, which lit up in red as the concert unfolded, adding to the vibrant atmosphere inside the venue.

Empowering better health journeys
A healthier lifestyle rarely begins overnight. More often, it begins with a better understanding of where you are today. This is the foundation of AIA Vitality’s three-step approach: know your health, take action, and build healthier habits.
The first step is about getting a clearer picture of your health. Through the AIA Vitality Age and the “About You” health assessment, members can explore different aspects of their well-being, from mental health and sleep to nutrition and physical activity. They can also access health screenings and the AIA Vitality Health Check, which assesses indicators such as BMI, cholesterol, blood pressure and glucose, alongside screenings including mammograms, Pap smears and faecal occult blood tests (FOBT).
AIA Vitality then turns healthier behaviours into something members can actively work towards, with points earned for positive actions and progress tracked across four status tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. As members move up the tiers, they can unlock a wider range of rewards and partner benefits.
Among participating members, 79% recorded improvements in glucose levels, 63% in cholesterol, 48% in blood pressure and 43% in BMI.
The idea is more about making healthier choices consistently, with the programme providing the tools, encouragement and rewards to help those choices become part of everyday life.
Health may begin with the choices we make as individuals, but the way we experience life is often shaped by the people around us. That was the idea behind AIA Generasi Malaysia 2026, where music brought Malaysians of different ages and backgrounds together under one roof.
As AIA Vitality enters its next decade, that focus is set to evolve further, with greater personalisation and digital health tools helping members make sense of their health and take action at different stages of their journey.
Because ultimately, healthier living is not a single destination, but a journey shaped by the choices we make and the people and experiences that keep us moving forward.
