These two categories refer to slopes with steep inclines of more than 20 degrees. He said the state government would blacklist developers and companies that failed to adhere to its directives and was even prepared to face the legal consequences of stopping the projects.

Since 1957, have we achieved unity through racial diversity? Are we able to mingle freely? Has racial polarisation diminished in national and vernacular schools? Sarawak for Sarawakians (S4S) is urging for an end to the misinformation about Aug 31 and its significance in history, especially amongst schoolchildren. As the state government spends huge amounts on celebrations in Sri Aman, dwarfing any that took place on July 22, 2016 or are likely to take place on Sept 16, the group are asking why Malaya’s Merdeka continues to be portrayed as the primary celebration of the nation, even here at state level.

I remember years ago when I sat with my loving dad, sharp every 8pm in our living room, every day, in front of the television, talking about the nation, corruption, development. He is such a good father to me, he told me everything he knew, explained me every single detail of issues that were broadcast. He taught me to think carefully, and to judge rationally without bias. And that was when I was 12 years old.

The full diversity, creativity and exuberance of Brazil was displayed for the whole world to be awed and amazed during the opening and closing ceremonies of Rio 2016. It could go down in history as the sports festival that showcased Brazil’s energetic and enthusiastic spirit in the face of unexpected adversity in organizing the games.
