UPDATED 11.24AM | Preliminary findings indicate the disruption was due to network equipment failure.

Passengers advised to reach the airport at least four hours before their flight.

MAHB earlier announced that 20 flights delayed due to the systems disruption.

Founders Tony Fernandes and Kamarudin Meranun say airline plans to challenge Malaysia Airports' actions. 

India's largest airline is in talks with MAHB to increase flight frequency, add routes.

The low-cost terminal offers far lower levels of service to passengers, compared to full-service KLIA, the airline says.
