After reading the many reports on Aminah Abdullah's news, I found that she a have a lot in common with ingrates such as Hee Yit Foong and others before or after her. All had denied they betrayed friends or principles.

Some or all of these people openly admitted that what they were doing were to safeguard themselves, and the party they were in sidelined them, which lead to them to jump camp. Besides the self-centeredness of these politicians, they want power or to cling to power for their own selfish needs.

Yes, some people may bash me for saying: "Grow up, this is the way of the world. Everyone are selfish and everyone only look after themselves irregardless of who they hurt in the process." It's nothing but herd mentality. Don't be fooled by the majority - it does not mean it's right - and neither is a minority wrong.

Malaysians want good leaders to lead us. Selfless people in the likes of Gandhi, Mandela, Mother Teresa and even some of our local leaders (whom I am not going to name) who are compassionate and are not afraid to sacrifice themselves for the people and for truth and justice. But to those in power or even thinking of obtaining power: "With great power, comes great responsibilities." You are given the power to do what is right, not for your own selfish ends.
