I have just yesterday discovered that someone has been posting comments on Malaysiakini using my account.

I have since taken steps to identify this person and to change my password to prevent such an incidence from re-occurring.

To Malaysiakini readers who have been offended by the comments made under my username, I offer my sincerest apologies.

Those statements were not made by me and do not represent my thoughts on any of those particular issues.
