Developer disappears with utility bills money
The developer and management of the Anggerik Villa II condomuniums in Kajang has absconded with the residents’ payment for water (under bulk metres) and electricity (for the common areas/lift).
This development consists of four blocks of medium-cost apartments and we have regularly paid our maintenance and water bills to the developer's management company.
The utilities company are now cutting our water and electrical supplies. How can 400 families live without water or electrical supplies for the common areas and lifts?
We are also deprived of our CFs and can't take over maintenance under a management committee.
We are also deprived of our free water entitlement from the Selangor government and Syabas has also deprived us of our right to apply for direct individual water accounts.
Can the agencies or government act soonest before we are left without any water or have total darkness in our common areas and be forced to walk up 12 floors without any lift?
