I am asthma patient and the haze problem has been for me a life threatening matter. The haze used to be occasional, but now has become a regular part of our climate.

The haze has caused my health to deteriorate and increase my medical expenses. Asthma can kill, and dying due to haze is certainly not something I ask for.

I have been noticing very bad air quality in Klang Valley recently. Why has there been no report to alert the public? What has happened to all the money spent to monitor our air quality index? Why the source of haze problem not been tackled till date?

I believe the Key Performance Index for the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment as well as Department of Environment is not met. I am very much affected due to the haze problem and I believe many asthma patients are facing the same condition like me.

Can we as the rakyat have an answer?
