Our organisation is currently campaigning on the Bersih rally 2.0 in three states of Perak, Penang and Kedah. The reason we do this is  to bring an awareness of the elections held in Malaysia.

Many citizens from the rural areas lack knowledge of the Bersih  2.0 agenda, but as this is a democratic country every citizen should know about his or her rights as citizens.

Our members also distributing 15,000 flyers  home to home to encourage people to join the Bersih cause. We expect as many as five hundred young men to participate in Bersih 2.0 on July  9 in Kuala Lumpur, representing our organisation.

We want to stress that the constitution is the supreme law in Malaysia; there isn’t any other law superior to the constitution, including the Police Act. So we asked the police not to prevent the rights of Malaysian citizens from participating in Bersih 2.0.

At the same time, we will act as the backbone for the success of the event on 9 July. We don’t think that this rally can disturb the harmony and security of the country, It’s a democratic revolution whose  motive is to save Malaysia and to get justice for the voters.

We also wish to criticise that the present election systems has no more validity; the Election Commission must take steps to upgrade it from time to time, as should have been done long before.

We have also found that many people are seeking for changes in the system, therefore we request politely that Home Minister Hishamuddin Hussein not use the full force of law to stop this Bersih 2.0 rally.

In addition, we will send an official letter to the Home Ministry to insist it takes the necessary action on the president of Perkasa, Ibrahim Ali for recently issuing a statement to frighten the Chinese and threaten the harmony and security of our country.

We feel that the Perkasa is a poisonous body that can incite race riots. Therefore we urge the Ministry to detain him under the Internal Security Act (ISA).

Towards clean elections!
