I wish to quote a paragraph of the article written by YS Tong on The grassroots maestro of Kampung Rusila (Feb 26).

"The occasion was Hari Raya Aidiladha, a day to commemorate the great sacrifice performed by Prophet Ibrahim who was all set to slaughter his own son as instructed by Allah but was stopped by the Creator at the last minute and asked to sacrifice a lamb instead".

The paragraph should have been:

Allah did not stop Prophet Ibrahim from slaughtering his son prophet Ismail at the last minute. He did the slaughtering blindfolded and when he removed the cover from his eyes, he saw in front of him the already slaughtered sacrificial animal as Allah had replaced his son with the animal. Prophet Ibrahim saw a dream and accordingly he was ready to sacrifice his son. He wasn't even ordered but he knew that what Allah wanted from him. This time he showed his faithfulness to God.
