Just when you think that the world has gone into the new millennium, Sept 11 happens; just when you think women are getting somewhere with regard to gender equality, somebody tries to legitimise polygamy for all.

It is sad to see that nothing changes at the turn of the calendar. The basic instincts that drive our needs and ego cannot go away. We have evolved over thousands of years to be what we are today.

Though I know nothing can change overnight, remember that when we speak, we allow those that hear a peek into ourselves and the way we feel. When you support polygamy, what you are saying is what you actually feel, that you are the alpha male and all the females belong to you.
