I watched Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones at TGV Sunway Pyramid on May 16.

Throughout the whole movie, the sound system was low, the picture quality muzzled and out of focus, and film defect lines were visible on screen.

I suspect that it was a pirated copy. Many copies of the original film could have been made to save cost, thus generating such bad quality.

I even explained this problem to the ticket collector, but he chose to ignore my complaints.

As a regular customer of TGV, I'm extremely disappointed. I regret to say that my next movie outing will be elsewhere.
