There is no point at all in Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad going around the world delivering speeches on high politics and dry economics while the world is actually more interested to know how he, as prime minister and the ruling coalition Umno president, handle the mass of allegations and counter-allegations on the sexual lifestyles and records of his serving ministers, deputy ministers, parliamentary secretaries and Umno Puteri chief.

There are at least 12 sizzling cases now in hot circulation.

Mahathir cannot pretend not to know about these cases, or hoping others would not know about them. If he could condemn a British minister and his own former deputy for alleged "sexual misconduct", surely Malaysians and the world expect him to make timely and consistent judgments upon the local and current cases, brought into public knowledge by Khalid Jafri and Taib Azamudden Mohd Taib, the ex-imam of the National Mosque.

Otherwise, Al Gore and CNN would be laughing non-stop.
