The number of voters who cast their ballots in Pendang was declared by the Election Commission to be 76 percent at the close of the poll. But when the votes were counted, the number of votes amounted to 86 percent of the Pendang voters.

EC claims and maintains that they are professional and efficient. Now tell us why such a discrepancy can happen?

If one were to go by logic, EC could easily determine at any point in time during the polling day the number of voter turnout.

What more with all the 'technological advancement' that they have now. So by that virtue the number of voters announced by EC must be reliable.

This is the case in Anak Bukit where the number of voters casting their ballots, 84 percent is almost equal to the number of votes counted, 83.61 percent.

However, there seems to be an additional 10 percent of Pendang voters, who voted after the closing of the polling stations. That is about 5,000 votes.

EC, please help me to solve this mathematical problem
