I refer to the report on broadcast journalist Ras Adiba Aziz saying that people were having fun at her expense. I am surprised that even in her semi-paralysed state she is able to muster enough strength to take a swipe at the people who dared question her sincerity and right to the money.

Ras Adiba must blame only herself for her present predicament (public criticism) in not doing her homework before asking for help (on the actual minimum quantum required). However she has every right to keep all the money as it was given to her personally and what she does with the extra money is her own business.

What irks me is that she could have been a little more humble and thankful for the support given and god willing when she recovers, she will exhibit the same generous spirit as the Malaysian public that chipped in to help.
