Truth is certainly the first casualty of war. As the US army marches through Iraq, there are no signs of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) - the primary justification for this unprovoked illegal war.

Media in collusion with the state apparatuses are trying their utmost by any means necessary, to establish the credibility of this primary "justification" as highlighted by the following points.

a) Reports by Fox TV station of the discovery of chemical weapons factory near Najaf is a coincidence to say the least, as many around the world are raising the question, if WMD exists in Iraq, where is it? And why is Saddam not using them?

Years of inspection, followed by the intense gathering of intelligence, have failed to produce one iota of credible evidence, except for the unaccounted amount of some quantity of chemical agents.

Even if these agents exists in the form of weapons, they hardly constitute any kind of threat to the US and UK, who have huge stockpiles of much more lethal WMD.

Now suddenly the US army has discovered a chemical weapons factory in one of the main cities, left by Saddam who was an expert in concealing the evidences prior to the war! And who succeeded in deceiving the world, despite the usage of the high tech equipments such as spy satellites, and sophisticated spy planes.

A diet of Jerry Springer and Hollywood may produce the likes of George Dubya and Fox TV with its superficial claims, but the rest of the world are not that gullible.

It is no surprise to find Fox TV's involvement, which is reputed to be the most vehement anti- Arab/Muslim TV station, has close links with the Zionist state of Israel.

It is more likely that such "evidence" will be manufactured in the coming days, in order to provide some sort of defence for the war crimes now being committed by the coalition forces.

As well as to gloss over the shame of violating principals that these countries are purporting to uphold, which are used constantly to bully weaker nations.

b) While the effort to produce 'evidence' continues, the media has wasted no time in changing the objective of the war once again from locating WMD to removing Saddam's regime.

There was no mandate for the regime change in UN Resolution 1441 or in any other resolution pertaining to Iraq.

One wonders if there is any point in mentioning that a regime change by an external military force is a clear violation of the UN charter.

c) It is time for the media to ask the obvious question that has been avoided. If Iraq is not allowed even to posses WMD, how is it that the 'All-Lies' are justified in using WMD against her?

Yes WMD! A single cruise missile is not classified as a WMD but surely used simultaneously in the thousands has the same desired effect in terms of causing the devastation and destruction!

This is shocking and awful for the rest of humanity as the alliance demonstrates its response to 9/11. It is displayed through the media in order to teach a lesson, whilst providing entertainment for its own masses.

One can certainly notice the contrast in the appearance and the mood of the presenters in CNN , Sky , CNBC , and of course FOX TV as compared to the day after the 9/11 incidence.
