These days the service of Intrakota buses, particularly route 21C, is getting worse then ever. I've written to other local dailies about this but none have showed any interest in publishing my plea. The problems Intrakota bus users facing are as follows :
The gap between each bus is 30 minutes or more, even at peak hours. Imagine the number of users that can gather at a bus stop in 30 minutes. This causes the bus to be fully occupied at one bus stop and then causing the other users along the route to be abandoned. I am among users who arrive late to work almost every day because of this problem.
If you happen to board an Intrakota bus on rainy days, don't forget to bring along an umbrella because you are going to get wet as the bus will be leaking on every corner.
