I do not vote and have not been voting since 1990. The opposition today is useless, and it is better for it to close shop.

The opposition old guard has become worse and worse; DAP politicians Lim Kit Siang and Karpal Singh are too dictatorial and do not want to listen to fresh ideas.

And those who claim to be their alternative, such as Keadilan, Malaysian Democratic Party (a splinter group from DAP) and PAS are even worse.

Malaysians, don't vote today. And don't thank Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Just disobey the PM and tweak his nose (metaphorically) by not sending your kids to that crappy MCA university (Utar), by not supporting Penang Outer Ring Road project, by not supporting Koh Tsu Koon and Gerakan, by not visiting Putrajaya, and by not supporting Bakun and Sungai Selangor Dam.

Do not attend any BN open house. Don't fly the flag or honour the country for as long as Dr Mahathir, Koh, Lim Keng Yaik, Ling Liong Sik, S Samy Vellu, M Kayveas and company are still where they are.

Double park and litter when the often lazy law men are not looking. Do not feel guilty, for the law men's masters have littered even more than us, so badly that they deserve the rotan.

In the absence of a good opposition, we should have a radical bunch of independents and radical NGOs like Aliran.
