I strongly agree with DAP national chairperson Lim Kit Siang's suggestion that MCA president Ong Ka Ting should step down until his name has been cleared of any connection with triads .

It is so sad that an established political party can be infiltrated by such elements as Ong King Ee. I believe there are more like King Ee in the party for the simple reason that they can get protection from the big guns.

In the early 1960s, MCA was known as the ' towkay ' party. Now the joke is going round that it is a 'gangster' party.
