I refer to the letter, ' No dispute between Jaring and TMnet ' by Dr Mohamed Awang Lah in response to AS Toh's complaint .

I really sympathise with the problems faced by Toh since, I believe all of us have, one way or another, faced similar issues with privatised government-link companies. If there was a choice, I would not want to approach Jaring and TMnet for service if I could.

I am puzzled by Dr Mohamed's claim that there was no dispute between Jaring and TMnet. Then Dr Mohamed has to help me understand:

1) Why there was no problem in using Streamyx prior to this? Does this mean that there were security loopholes before?

2) What is the solution to the interconnection problem? I did not see any suggestions from the CEO of Jaring. Rather, I only saw Jaring's official comment on this matter. How will such comments make our MSC vision more successful?

3) Why is it that email enquiries have to wait such a long time to obtain a response? I had raised the same issue as Toh a while back, and there was no reply despite resending the email for three days consecutively.

Similarly, why was there such a bad customer service line in which we are kept waiting and waiting?
