I refer to Dr Mohamed Awang Lah letter ' No dispute between Jaring and TMnet '.

I do not wish to mince words and neither do I wish to drag on this subject unnecessarily. However, I do wish to put on record the following:

I subscribed to TMnet's Streamyx in March 2003. Since that time and up to July 28, I experienced no problem at all with retrieving and sending email through Jaring while connected to the Net using Streamyx.

From July 29 until today, I could only retrieve, but not send, email using Jaring's email ID via Streamyx. Whenever I tried, the following would appear: "There has been an error transferring your mail. I said: Mail from <([email protected])> and then the SMTP (smtp.jaring.my) said: 550 5.7.1 Access denied".

I called Streamyx and spoke to a lady who nonchalantly told me that my problem was due to a dispute between Jaring and TMnet.

If Dr Mohamed Awang Lah contended that there was no dispute between and Jaring and TMnet, then the lady from TMnet must be lying to me.

And if my problem is not due to Jaring, then I have to put the blame squarely on TMnet. Over to you, TMnet.
