DAP is truly a hopeless political party because it can only attack MCA but has never dared to confront PAS since the latter insists on implementing hudud in Kelantan.

I cannot understand how DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang can still attempt to gain cheap publicity by attacking MCA to divert the attention of DAP, once telling the people that no one should be afraid of hudud as long as he does not steal or rob.

If Lim Kit Siang is so afraid of PAS, he should just admit it and stop all his futile attempts to blame MCA for what DAP had done to betray non-Muslims.

Lim claimed that he knew that hudud is against the federal constitution, but in respecting the Pakatan Rakyat agreement made in 2011, DAP is condoning PAS’s action. Lim’s consideration based on vote and power comes first. This clearly shows that DAP does not care at all about hudud’s impact on non-Muslims.

Whether hudud is against the federal constitution or not, it is just a statement to bluff the voters because Lim is totally incapable of stopping PAS’s action.

I must emphasise that hudud is not just a matter of whether it is against the federal constitution or whether it can be passed or not. More importantly, it is about the rights of non-Muslims who have been taking part in national development; this country is founded by all races, our forefathers gave us this ‘colourful’ country and we cannot pass on this country to our next generation after what DAP has done to it because of its thirst for power.
