I refer to the exchange of letters to editor between Abdul Rahman Abdul Talib and Disappointed . I would like to commend Abdul Rahman for being persistent in replying to the comments from others like Paul Warren and Disappointed and by doing so, hopefully correct the seemly incorrect perception about PAS' way of governing states under its control.

I notice that Abdul Rahman's replies always come with clear examples and facts, whereas Warren and Disappointed based their letters mainly on presumption and references to isolated cases - they try to generalise this as being the official stand of the PAS governments.

I wish that other PAS leaders would also reply on the misconceptions that non-Muslims have against PAS and its policies, and make use the forum offered by malaysiakini to present their side of the stories.

To Abdul Rahman, keep up the good work of informing those who are misinformed.
