Tenaga power failures becoming consistent
Tenaga Nasional should explain the power failure on the night of Feb 4 from about 10pm until 4:20 the next morning in the Sri Petaling and Salak South Garden areas. I don't know how many more areas were affected.
This is not the first time this has happened. It has been occurring so often that one begins to suspect that something must be very wrong with the system. Do the big guns in Tenaga offices know about all these failures?
Sri Petaling is a fast-booming township - due to its close proximity to the Bukit Jalil stadium and shopping complex, it has resulted in the mushrooming of restaurants in the area, including a hotel.
If investors get turned off by all this, it is going to give Tenaga a bad name. Tenaga should upgrade the substations if it is running beyond their capacity.
