Kamaluddin and Nik Adli: A tale of two sons
A company belonging to Pak Lah's son is alleged to have been involved in a global network of nuclear black market. The official media, police and senior minister (including Pak Lah) immediately came to his defence. In no time, he was 'cleared' by the police.
Look at PAS leader, Nik Aziz's son. The poor boy has been detained under ISA without trial for already more than two years. Where is the enthusiasm and effectiveness of the official media, police and ministers? This double-standards and selectivity are really sickening.
The fate and different treatment meted out to the two - one, a son of the PM and another, a son of an opposition leader, show how injustices and arbitrary double-standards can be perpetuated in Malaysia. This is the reason I will support and vote for PAS, irrespective of all other factors.
