I congratulate the police force for its tough handling of the illegal demonstrators in front of the Bukit Aman police headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.

This group mainly comprising the opposition parties led by Keadilan and its stalwarts like Tian Chua and Mohd Ezam Mohd Nor are only interested in creating chaos and disrupting the peace and harmony that we enjoy in this country.

It is public knowledge that the government has appointed a special commission to look into claims of police abuse, with the members also including well-known individuals from the opposition like Salleh Abas. Kindly forward any form of memorandum to the commission instead of holding illegal demonstration.

The actions of Tian Chua and Ezam to gain cheap publicity prior to the general election has tarnished the image of the country. This shows the opposition has no election issues and is at its verge of destruction. Try to be more of a gentleman, Chua - contest in the elections and win, instead of making a mockery of yourself and the party you represent.

Lim Kit Siang, you are forever talking about royal commissions and White Papers but when there is a commission now, why can't you advise your people to use it? Are you also trying to gain cheap publicity? A veteran politician like yourself should be more responsible in upholding the integrity and reputation of this country, not tarnish it.

The responsibility does not lies in the hands of the prime minister or the government alone, but also in every citizens.

If you opposition parties would like to make yourself heard and want to be relevant, campaign through proper channels and try to win the elections.
