The BN have just released their manifesto and the content has already been widely publicised. BN promised, among others, "to continue with its programmes in fighting corruption, managing the economy prudently, upgrading the quality of the government's delivery services and ensuring balanced development...".

As a professional and a registered voter, I have been disgusted with the ruling party's excessive power and the claims of corruption, cronyism and nepotism claims against the BN for the last five years. Pak Lah has had a good start by appointing a royal commission to re-furbish the police force and prosecute two prominent persons for corruption. But the excesses of yesteryear are too big to forget. Rais Yatim highlighted '18 big fish' who are being investigated. This is a reflection of the rot in the ruling party.

Pak Lah must come clean. To start with and to uphold the BN manifesto, he must declare that all the BN candidates are clean and that none of the '18 big fish' are included as candidates.

I love BN but too much power spoils its integrity. Probably a reduced majority would make BN realise it must not take people for granted. Without a clear indication on the candidates free from the '18 big fish', my votes will go to reduce the BN majority!
