I take my hat off to the brave 540 voters who defied all the intimidation and voted for the Keadilan candidate at the Putrajaya constituency on Sunday.

I assume that these voters are civil servants who knew the risks of being discovered voting for the opposition. Since Election Commission officials match voters' identity numbers to the serial numbers on the ballot slip counter foils, we know that it is possible to trace exactly who voted for which candidate.

I hope Keadilan will come in defence of any of these voters should it be known that they are persecuted later on.
