Why no names?

When ordinary people are arrested for offences, their names are published in the media unless they are underage. Even when a minister and a former corporate leader were arrested recently, Malaysians were told their names.
However, when two alleged major triad leaders in Johor and Kuala Lumpur were arrested, everyone is left guessing their names. Why have the authorities failed to name them?
