I refer to the findings of the Barisan Alternatif about the irregularities in the last general election and have come to the conclusion that whatever the truth and facts, no action will be taken by the Barisan Nasional government.

Talk about action being taken against corrupt leaders and we find great enthusiasm on mangling small fish into paste but the iron armoured ones will not be touched.

There was a fertiliser caper in Felcra where RM40 million worth of fertiliser arrived in port and an official managed to get the Felcra board to approve the purchase as if a new tender was being called, and not revealing that an earlier commitment had been made to the supplier.

This 'tender' has no competitors. The officer had been specially double promoted to his position to take care of somebody's interests.

This fertiliser is a long-term poison as it is eight percent higher in toxicity then what the government has approved. This poison will be absorbed by oil palm trees and it will then be passed over to human consumers.

The earth gets poisoned too, as it seeps into the soil and water. The environment gets poisoned and all nature suffers. It is a long-term carcinogen. The bottom line is that some people have become richer while others suffer.

This matter and other irregularities have been reported to the relevant authorities but nothing has happened. Forget about complaining to Felcra.

Mahathir during his reign made a mess of Petronas and Proton funds. He is exonerated and is made advisor to these conglomerates.

My humble advice to all true complainers ... just forget it.
