Since we are incapable of protecting the Straits of Malacca from piracy, kidnapping, and plunder of cargo ships, I cannot fathom the logic of our government in not wanting someone who is capable of helping us to wipe out this menance.

Kidnapping of innocent civilians have been so widespread that its is absolutely preposterous that our government is not doing anything to stop this ridiculous state of affairs.
