Now the police say they want DNA samples from G Francis Udayapan's mother. Why is his family wasting their time? Don't they know nothing will happen? They are going up against the Royal Malaysian Police.

After so many police custody deaths, do they not yet realise that nothing will be done? And why should anything be done? After all, come the next elections, we will all go out and vote in the Barisan Nasional again. Life (or is it death?) goes on.

All I can say to our leaders is stop being hypocrites. If you want to continue blatant injustices, stop sending our man to Burma to champion a human rights cause. Stop commenting on the Americans in Iraq and on the Israelis in Palestine.

It's a disgrace to our nation that there are so many cases of police custody deaths and people who try to help the victims' families are threatened and physically abused.

The Malaysian police are a disgrace to their uniform. They say they are understaffed. But just drive around during peak hours and you'll find them in relatively non-congested areas hiding and waiting for someone to accidentally commit a traffic offence.

Why non-congested areas? Because at busy areas there are no suitable areas to 'negotiate'.

Editor, please do not divulge my particulars to anyone as I may end up in police custody and won't make it to the next elections. Also, I have two children to support and they need me alive.
