I find it totally disgusting and disappointing that I was charged the new fare rates by a MyTaxi driver yesterday (12.30pm, March 22, 2015) from my house in Taman Sering Ukay to Times Berjaya Square.

My booking showed that I would pay RM16 ++ but instead I ended up paying RM23. The taxi driver told me that his meter was already adjusted to the new fare hikes by the Road Transport Department (JPJ).

Just what is going on with decision-making by the government? I am of the view that the chairperson of the Land Public Transport Commission (Spad), Syed Hamid Albar, should resign.
