Syabas to the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) for the painstaking effort extended and demonstrated in handling the Bersih 4 rally which went smoothly during Aug 29 and 30, 2015.

The recent incident during the Himpunan Rakyat Bersatu rally that happened on Sept 16, 2015 which turned rowdy where certain protesters tried to buck the law by entering Petaling Street. This misconduct has been well-witnessed through the media and has gone viral. Needless to say, the situation was very well controlled and monitored. Accident free. Syabas again.

To quote and unquote, even Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah questioned what “is the objective”. Many rational thinking Malaysians have stood up to express their concern and pondered what this is all about. There was not a threat or insult demonstrated to any political parties or individual until today.

I salute you, inspector-general of police (IGP) Khalid Abu Bakar for being a no-nonsense IGP. You have said it many times during your investigations - you are colour blind . The whole nation is very touched and impressed by your action. Your words ‘colour blind’ will definitely go down in history.

We believe under your leadership, PDRM has regained the respect and dignity from the rakyat. Of course there are still many challenges ahead for PDRM to further enhance its image.

Must also congratulate KL police chief Tajuddin Md Isa and his deputy Lau Hong Soon of the Kuala Lumpur Police Contingent, plus the PDRM officers for the high standard of performance and painstaking efforts demonstrated.
