Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) would like to refute rumours being circulated on social media currently about water disruption to affect 217,694 consumer accounts in parts of Kuala Lumpur, Gombak, Petaling and Klang/Shah Alam districts, supposedly on Dec 17, 2015.

Syabas would like to reiterate that the information is not true, and refers to the water disruption which took place on Dec 17, 2013.

Syabas urges consumers to not speculate or create false news which can lead to panic among the public, especially for consumers in Selangor and the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
