I refer to the report Why go to DAP, Noh asks Chinese nationals and find it amusing that Deputy Internal Security Minister Noh Omar is actually asking why the Chinese nationals did not approach him directly to complain.

He must be living in Timbuktu. My 10 cents worth is that no one with a sound mind would trust the government or a minister to handle the matter professionally. If this is reported to the deputy ministers, it will be covered up and swept under the carpet.

Hence, going to someone without any interest in the situation is the wisest choice. Noh, I would not go to you even if my life depended on it. The reason being the current government is not credible enough nor does it give the people enough confidence for them to confide in the government.

Secondly, how are we supposed to locate ministers or deputy ministers? Efforts by Lim Kit Siang to e-mail relevant ministers showed that some could not be reached at all.

The general view of the public is that there is no way you can complain to or lodge reports with ministers. 'Why go to DAP, Noh asks Chinese nationals'. Well, he should aks the same question himself.
