I share the same sentiments as that of Mr Tambourine on his comments about Abdul Kadir's RTM legacy .

Former information minister Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fazir was certainly a breath of fresh air for RTM.

What I particularly appreciate him for is his comments during last Christmas where he came on TraxxFM (formerly Radio 4) and wished everyone a happy Christmas.

He said it with so much sincerity, reminding Malaysians that our nation was a unique one where each of our festivals in Malaysia was for all Malaysians to celebrate in the muhibbah spirit.

I was hoping to see more positive changes from Abdul Kadir but alas, he is now gone.

Let's hope the new minister will take things up where he left behind.
