Key KPIs missing from Pos Malaysia disclosure

I refer to the key performance indicators (KPIs) that were disclosed and published in Business Times recently.
While it is all and good to give out the targeted profit rate, dividend ratio and all sorts of other financial expectations and targets, I find that some key KPIs are missing from what is normally associated with courier and postal companies.
The targeted first-class and normal letter delivery time, parcel delivery times and all sorts of other customer and operation related KPIs are missing. These are crucial as without this targets, one can cut down on service levels to increase profitability.
I hope the powers-that-be have a look again at this anomaly which is setting a dangerous precedent.
