I share the same problem faced by A Desperate Expat on the lousy service of the Streamyx broadband service.

Desperate Expat had said it all albeit very diplomatically. Many of my friends and their offices who are on Streamyx have lots of connectivity problems and if there is an alternative, they would have made the change a long time ago.

Streamyx has been very aggressive in recruiting new users but if they cannot solve the current problems, they certainty are taking the company to the grave faster.
