Klang hospital staff should be like Malaccas

I refer to the letter A true blue Malaysia Boleh story .
Zara Davies should have taken a photograph of the two personnel playing on the computer at the Klang Hospital's emergency response unit and exposed them to the Health Ministry for some stern action.
The carefree attitude of the hospital's personnel is sickening.
However, we do find some good responses such as from the staff of the Malacca general hospital who gave much assistance during my late father's emergency ordeal back in 2004.
He survived thanks to the quick response from them then. He passed away peacefully due to a sudden asthma attack three weeks ago at home and the ambulance did come quickly but it was too late then.
