Is our opposition ready to win a general election and build the country ? I think the opposition is using its energy negatively in fighting and opposing. They should focus their energies on educating and building a great nation.

To build a great nation, we have to select great people to lead and execute. One can refer to the book by Jim Collins, 'From Good to Great' and another by Jack Welch entitled 'Winning' which focuses on the selection criteria.

Say if the opposition were to win the general election, who will be the ministers? Who are the eligible candidates? What is the selection criteria? Have they got their lists drawn up?

Show the people the lists, find the right person and professional for the right ministries departments. Form a shadow cabinet. Show the people you are serious.

Managing a country is like managing a business. Let the opposition leaders be the employers, and the public, the candidates. Those who believe they are eligible to build a country, can apply to be a minister.

Through the selection process, the opposition can then form a strong team with integrity, skill and profession.
