My wife lost her purse on Wednesday and so we went to make a late night police report at the Puchong Jaya police station in Selangor. We were both feeling rather down, and dreaded the process.

Our previous experiences of having to make police reports for various things had been quite negative, with sullen officers who acted like our making a police report was a disruption to their day rather than their standard duty.

All the previous times we had to make police reports took a long time with officers making us wait, officers away taking long tea breaks when they should be on duty, etc.

However, we had a really pleasant experience this time, so we thought we should give credit where credit is due.

Officer Kamri Teridi was polite, helpful, and pleasant. He helped my wife make the report efficiently and quickly, and considerably cheered her up; she had been feeling really down due to the loss of her purse.
