I refer to the letter Non-Muslim M'sians are 'dhimmis' .

What an arrogant remark from a Muslim. 'Dhimmis' by definition means non-Muslims who have more rights than other non-Muslim religious subjects, but fewer legal and social rights than Muslims.

Grouping non-Muslim Malaysian as 'dhimmis' does not do justice to the contributions that our forefathers and what we ourselves have contributed and sacrificed for our country. I would like to believe that it is these contributions and hard work that have made Malaysia what it is today in creating opportunities for the Malays to progress.

The non-Muslims have created the foundations for the Muslims to be able to propel themselves forward. I am a Malaysian as much as you, and as much a bumiputera as you.

Having 'dhimmis' may be what you fancy in your dreams. It is this type thinking from Muslims that compel me to feel how narrow-minded they are.
