I refer to the letter AirAsia treats passengers 'like dirt' .

I agree with Dr Richard Barrow's comments that AirAsia's record is better than most people think .

My wife and I have been flying with AirAsia since 2003 and have never once experienced any major problem or delay.

I did. however. experience a three-hour delay last year when boarding a MAS flight from Tawau to Kota Kinabalu.

Frustrating though it was, the delay was necessary for safety reasons. Having said all this, I would have no hesitation in using either airline.
