GPMS 100-point demand a sham
GPMS leaders are mainly interested in showcasing themselves, taking the path of student activism to paint their resume instead of using their academic record.
Also why 100-points and why raise numbers on quotas and privileges? This is clearly a case of one-upmanship and power grabbing rather than addressing the issues which they have not thought through clearly and hence essentially do not care.
What they really care about is their own selfish future political career. I say if we are to make comparisons of points, let us put together the resumes of the leaders of Suqiu and GPMS too.
Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, the only calm voice in this affair so far, knows very well how student activism can be easily abused in the guise of championing a cause.
Let's not allow more selfish-minded politicians to abuse the benign nature of Malaysians and in particular the true Malay race. Let's say to those who wish for power, put yourself forward and be tested.
