Suqiu made some requests. So?
Every day, children make demands from their parents. Some are fulfilled, others not. Children have the right to make the demands whilst the parents have the right to say which demand is OK and which is not. This is what's called the exercising of each other's rights.
Back to Suqiu. It has the right to make requests. The government's right is to agree to the ones which are OK, and reject those which are not. Again, a simple exercising of rights.
What is all the fuss about, may I know?
