Dr Farish A Noor's review of Ibrahim Ali's biography is hilarious ([#1] The croak of destiny [/#], Feb 17); the book exemplifies the sad notion amongst many Malaysians that their mediocrity is really 'world-class'.

Thank God there are writers like Farish who can see things for what they are, although in the case of this book , it is really not so difficult!
