Truly there can be no independent media. But I am not bothered about the independence of the media. You can depend as much as you want on the government or your funders. But remain impartial .

Many of us don't realise that impartiality is the order of the day. Take the courts. They can never be independent. They rely upon the government for funding, for buildings, for staff and for practically everything to function as a court. But they should remain impartial .
