I was annoyed and horrified by the arrest of the participants of the walkathon to save SRJK (C) Damansara ( [#1]Walkathon participants treated like 'criminals' [/#], Feb 19).

Forty-six people were arrested and 29 of them had to pay RM500 each while the remaining forked out RM2,000 each, just because they took part in a peaceful walkathon. Thanks to the arrests, the police force were at least RM48,500 better off yesterday.

This whole thing is just not right. The police force are abusing their power to catch the innocent and leaving the bad guys to harm the community.
