I would like to enquire as to why Rapid KL does not utilise non-congested highways (namely NPE and NKVE) for its suburban bus lines and and its limited express lines.

It takes me two hours for me to get from Pasar Seni in KL to Shah Alam’s housing areas and vice versa).

White-collar workers in Shah Alam never bother to take Rapid KL as its service is unreliable with buses coming once every 45 minutes after 9pm and packed sardine-like until as late as 11pm.

Rapid KL is not listening to the majority of Shah Alam residents except maybe to UiTM students who are quite happy with the cheap RM2 daily passes.

I urge Rapid KL to establish proper rush-hour express lines to Shah Alam from KL and back (maybe even double-deckers to reduce traffic in urban areas) from all suburban points.

These buses should ply either the NKVE, Kesas or NPE highway (as compared to the congested Federal Highway) and be able to reach KL and Shah Alam within 45 minutes

Rapid KL can't blame the lengthy commuting time on the existing traffic volume when there are

underutilised tarmacs that allow their buses to enter and exit the city smoothly.
